Cribs
Thu, 2012-05-31 12:35 | by Caroline

It's hard to believe but there are two babies on board at Carolina George. This has us discussing nursery decor quite a bit these days. Our conversations often turn to cribs. I did some scouring and came up with a few of my favorites.

Kalon Caravan Crib. $695. Made in the USA and Green!! You can chose from six colors

Duc Duc Campaign Crib also Green and a toddler conversion kit is available. Priced from $1795-1995

David Netto Designed Crib available through Maclaren $1595

A Splurge at $3500. The Hollis Crib (namesake is Charles Hollis Jones) available through Giggle.com

The Studio Crib Available through Nursery Works. $2100 with a $280 toddler conversion kit.

I think this last crib is especially clever. You know we love anything multi-functional and what a great way to make the most of a piece of furniture and that usually only last a year or so.

Travel Lust: The Blue Lagoon Iceland
Tue, 2012-05-29 10:40 | by Georgia

Iceland has never been on the top of my places I need to visit list.  That is until now.... I was playing around on Pinterst the other day (my newest obsession) and came across images of a spa called the Blue Lagoon. I went to the website immediately!  The entire hotel is powered by Iceland's Geothermal Energy and the spa offers a variety of skin and body treatments.  Guests spend their days soaking up the geothermal seawater and indulging in various treatments.  Don't the pictures just make you want to plan a trip today!   I'm dying to go!
